Switchboard collects a minimal amount of data, and none of it is linked to your real identity:
Switchboard shows optional rewarded ads supplied by Google AdMob when you choose to use the in-game Hint or Skip features. AdMob may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier and IP address in order to serve ads. We do not share any of the data we collect with AdMob; they collect their own data directly through their SDK in accordance with their own policies.
You can read Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Solve times and install identifiers are stored on Cloudflare D1 (a hosted database) in the form described above. The data is used solely to compute aggregate percentile feedback for players. It is never sold, shared, or used for any other purpose.
Switchboard is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because the install identifier is random and not linked to your identity, we have no way to look up "your" data on request. You can effectively delete your contribution to our records by uninstalling the app: a fresh install generates a new identifier, and the old identifier's records are not associated with you in any way.
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be reflected in the in-app help screen as well.
